Aircraft Investigation Layout-
Air Salvage has a wonderful facility for Accident Investigation. With an engine teardown room, conference room and inside space to layout an aircraft for inspection.
Air Salvage provides a friendly, neutral environment where all parties of litigation are comfortable and welcome.
To view or investigate an aircraft:
1. An Inspection must be scheduled in advance. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
2. Air Salvage must have written authorization from all Responsible entities (ie: Insurance Co., NTSB, FAA, Entity paying for storage, etc.) prior to investigation.
3. Payment arrangements must be made prior to investigation date.
4. All items approved for removal from an aircraft and shipped out for testing will be documented and photographed.
5. All items received will be documented, photographed and placed into storage as requested by the responsible entities.
Air Salvage WILL NOT answer questions regarding the condition of a stored aircraft.
Air Salvage WILL NOT provide Expert services.
